Stop for Sometime

Stop.

Find a place in silence. Sit there for sometime.

Relax.

Take deep breaths.

Now look at your life.

The way things are happening and events are occurring in your life.

Are you running where others are running?

Are you living your life the way you wanted it to live or the way others have designed and defined it for you?

Are you in pursuit of your happiness and achievements or are you pursuing what others want you to achieve and have defined for you?

Are you reacting to situations in your life and feeling frustrated when things are happening not the way your expected them to be or are you trying to remain calm and composed in every situation?

I know you know answers of almost all these questions and if not, dig a bit deeper and ask why?

Now distance yourself from all that is happening in your life.

See where you want to go and not where others want you to run or take along.

This is your life and only you know what needs to be done and how should you live it.

Now do what matters most to you.

Live, love and laugh and make the best out of it.

Don’t run the rat race in life. Everybody in life has been created with different set of qualities & talents..go out in the silence and discover them.
I believe that silence reveals you to yourself.Their is something magical in silence, which I am unable to comprehend in words.
    Revealing post mam 🙂

      Thanks dear.
It is something that we need to do almost everyday. Like you do in your meditation. The inner voice and the intuitive voice is the loudest in those moments of silence and it is this voice that we must listen and then move in the direction of finding our right answers.
Initially the exercise may look tough, but it brings, every time, the best results.
      Silence communicates what words cannot.

    Nice post Mam.
I am happy to say that for about 7-8 years now, I have been doing my own things and in my very own way. I had made many different choices that were never in my favor while listening to each and every suggestion that I am not worthy of it and its clearly not an ideal choice but I still continued them till the very end just because I want to do those things. I have not been successful at almost all of the attempts. But I am still very happy and proud for giving those things a go because I never lost but gained experience, knowledge and to some extent education too.
I don’t consider that everything is to win but to live. I am still trying a lot of things out if my comfort zone and doing justice to the term “life is full of uncertainties” lol.
    I pursuit happiness and goals.
But I never used to be silent and your posts did that wonder to me.
Moments in which I read your posts are literally those deep breath to me. I feel relaxed. And I think this may be happening with all the faithful readers on this blog because I am no exception haha..
    Thank you….

      Yes Prashant,
The experiences and the choices that you have made so far in your life have significantly contributed in making you of what you are today. We all are happy to know and feel immense pride in looking at how continuously you have pushed your boundaries, moved out of your comfort zone and tested your inner spirit to live your life in your own way and on your own conditions.
Nothing can beat your experiential learning since its lessons are too deeply imprinted in your mind and heart.
And amidst all these, just stop for sometime, listen to your inner voice, and then go ahead and explore what is waiting for you and live, love and laugh because theses are the things that make life meaningful and worth living.

      Yes Vijay,
I do understand that sometimes its not that easy but we must understand we have been blessed with this life and we must make best use of it the way we want and the manner in which we want. We must listen to advise and suggestion given by others and then decide about the actions and choices that we want to take in our life.
Be connected and stay blessed always dear:)
