If you have ever been inside the zorbing ball, you know how it feels to move and roll at 360 degree inside. You don’t care about your hair style and how you look, all you care is to experience the movement of the ball and the thrill.

When life throws you like this, just imagine you’re inside a zorbing ball and let it roll you. What you have to do? Just enjoy, be patient, accept the unveiling of the events as they come in your front. Be carefree and fearless.

I know it is not that easy. But try this out, you will feel much better.

In life, like me, I know you too want the things to happen the way you want them to happen and expect the results as you want. If something different happens, not in the way you expected, you feel restless, frustrated, angry at times and stressed to an extent.

Today was one such day. My most important task was to publish the post today in morning. No, I could not do that. The internet wasn’t working because of problem in its adapter. I grew little restless,  because like you, I too, wait for these three days of the month to come and let me see myself publishing the posts.

But the day had something different for me in its store. When I opened it, ah, there were some problems smiling at me along with the big zorbing ball. First I did not want to welcome them, but then I decided to spend some time with them. We both entered inside today’s zorbing ball, tied our seat belts and were then ready to rock and roll.

Soon we were rolling together and talking to each other. I never knew they were so interesting and had some important revelations for me to make. And as always, I was ready to listen to them. Time was less, but the talk and the experience was worth. I enjoyed the company and the experience to the greatest extent.

While rolling with them, I knew that these problems, as they were garbed not so well, were sweet opportunities waiting for me to decode them. Once I started unlocking their codes, through talks, got the answers one after the other, my confidence grew and I started liking them. After we came out of the zorbing ball, they shared some wisdom nuggets with me which I cannot wait to share with you in today’s post. They revealed that:

  1. When we approach the problems or challenges, we only see the tip of the ice berg, important is to understand the remaining 95% of invisible things. Try to understand them by digging the problems a bit deeper. They open up and want to share with us a lot.
  2. Don’t go by their names. Problems have connotative meaning and we should associate them with opportunities for learning and looking at life from closer view. Problems, as they say, are seeds of opportunities to grow, shouldn’t we then exploit them to the fullest? Don’t judge them by their names and looks, just experience them and know the hidden truth.
  3. Problems always challenge your status quo and all you have to do is to confront them and see what new lessons they are ready to share.
  4. They allow us to do the things which we have never done before and force us to walk on the unexplored terrains, helping us to broaden our horizons, look at things from new angles and develop our perspective.
  5. Problems check our persistence, patience and perseverance. Shouldn’t we appear in these tests on timely basis then?
  6. They provide us opportunities to meet new people and visit new places. Discover things which do exist, which are closer and nearer to us, but we do not have seen them before due to our limited exposure. We must throw ourselves.
  7. Problems are little adventurous in nature but are not bad companions, they create stronger, deeper and life long memories, so we must try such thrilling rides with them. Believe me, the ride is always worth it.

So, next time when a problem knocks at your door. Just open the door. Welcome it. Spent some time with it. Listen to it. Then enter inside the zorbing ball of life and go for a ride down the mountain hill along with it. I am very sure, you would want to have it more along with some beautiful and life long revelations and unforgettable experiences.

A very nice post again. and this post is very meaningful because few months back i was stuck, suffered from the dieses myasthenia gravis . So i was helpless and no hope for normal life,, but after few days i decided that i will at least try to live my life and accept the life challenge and that result my life become normal and than i rejoined my job after 4 months long interval. At last i would only say that if we have a problem in our life , we should accept it and try to find out the Solution and experience the tough time which always make us strong.
    Thanks to write this post.
    Keep writting and motivating.

      Dear Vijay,
As it is said, tough times never last, but tough people do and you too have proved this to. The disease revealed the inner strength of your body, mind and soul and that is the most important discovery that happened with you during one of the difficult days of your life. Just thank those difficult days and relish the strength of your mind and beauty of your soul. Stay shinning dear and be blessed always:)

    Very nice thoughts Pratibha. Kudos!

The beauty of the post was, as I was reading it, I visualised entering into the Zorbing ball and talking to my problems. As I was going through them, they flashed in my mind one by one and gradually I started feeling a little bit relaxed.

Everyone in this world faces problems at some time or the other and the only way to come out of the them is to confront them or as you said, to talk to them. Once you learn to talk to your problems, they no longer remain problems; they transform into opportunities, well most of the time they do.

You seem to have become a motivational guru to your readers including me. Though I have recently re-started reading your blogs, I have read many of your posts and every time I read them I feel motivated, motivated to do those things which give me true pleasure and completeness, things which I always wanted to do but was never able to initiate them due to one reason or the other.

Thank you very much, keep writing always.

To you, I would say, just listen to the voice inside you, do what it says, move in the direction of your dreams and listen to the beautiful problems that come in your ways, they will take you closer and faster to your goals and dreams.I would wait to listen from you more in days to come. Keep up your spirits high and stay blessed always 🙂
