He was seeking something. What? He himself didn’t know. The quest was intense though.
The intangibility of those feelings and emotions kept him hooked for a week. He worked on the projects. Completed a lot of pending tasks. Procrastination had no place now to rest at his working desk. He ate when he felt. He drove in the direction where he had to. He talked. He washed. He cooked. He paused. He reflected. He meditated.
Finally, he decided to visit the monastery and meet the Master.
Master welcomed him with a warm embrace.
They sat in silence for some time.
Master knew why he had come. He offered him tea. He sipped and felt at home.
“Master”…he tried to express, however, Master just asked him to keep mum.
“Come with me,” holding his hands, said the Master.
“Where?” inquisitively asked Aum.
“In the Garden,” smilingly replied the Master.
In the garden, Master pointed to a plant and asked him to notice what was happening. Aum observed the lush greenery that gave him immediate peace and happiness in the company of those flowers and green plants. He then sat beside that particular plant that the Master had asked him. It was dense and full of green leaves, a few leaves were turning brown and shedding and in the next moment, he observed the unfolding of a few new leaves. He felt mesmerized.
Master smiled and with him, Aum too.
