Almost in a state of compulsion we do many of our acts.
We, as bundle of our habits carved do the things, which at times, we ourselves don’t know why we do them and follow them without any meaning.
We do rituals and follow them without understanding why we do them, try something different today and ask what if….
Now I believe, sometimes not taking action is one of the most important actions that we can ever take.
So today, sit back and relax!
Look at the areas where you’re compulsively doing the things. Can some of them be avoided to save your energy? Can some of them provide you mental space and peace by not doing them?
If yes, then ask few more with what if….
Become more aware and conscious, that’s the entire purpose!
