How?

Poised and equanimity.

Two words. Two qualities. Takes years and years to practice and imbibe.

When you probe their meaning, they look close to each other, in terms of qualities and their attributes.

One of the ways to improve upon these virtues is to become consciously aware of them. Understand them, their meaning, their significance, their relevance and importance in life.

In any circumstances, when tide of the waves go against you, experience them, the inner turmoil, agitation, wavering, intensity and force…. become aware of what’s happening within you… the cause and the effect … take some time…

What is there on the surface is different from what is deep within.

Only tip of the ice berg is visible…remember.

Observe those perturbations and then gradually epitomize them.

How?

Putting that amount of energy gained through an experience into an act of balancing wherein volume of that forceful perturbation cease through another activity or work of equivalent nature.

It works.

Smile then.

Bliss shall unveil and shine forth like the Sun when clouds covering and wandering in the sky fade away.
