Melting the Identities

Of permutations and combinations that I am made, I identify myself with them. When I look within, I find vices and follies in abundance.

I no more run from them. I no more shun them. The struggle is less now. I accept them. I embrace them. They make me who I am in one sense.

In my quest to know who I am, they help me to progress. They help me to evolve. They help me to discover. They help me to quench my thirst.

They unveil experientially, with their presence, I am untoched by them, I am not them, though, in movement, nor in my achievements I dwell, nor in my vices and follies then can I rest.

Moving, when the fire of knowledge melts the glacier of identity, of ‘who I am’ that I attach to; peace, joy and love flow through them.

This path is of loosing, of giving, of receiving, of melting the identities, of surrendering.

“I come to you without me, come to me without you.” So “I” is subject to change. We have assumed our identity with this “I’. We are not this “I”. There is a whole creation and the creater itself beyond the “I”. Beyond. This I has kept us separated all this while. That’s why it is necessary to drop this “I” and replace it with “You”. “You The Beloved”.
“A drop, melting into the sea,
    everyone can see.
But the sea, absorbed in a drop,
only a rare one can follow!”
    We are that drop.
