Words

“That’s what you said.”

“Yes. I did say these words, but I didn’t mean what you understood.”

“But that’s what has been hurting me the most.”

“Oh!” “I never realized this.”

“I am sorry.”

“I didn’t mean this.”

Haven’t we all been into such scenarios and situations wherein our words hurt and our words heal, sometimes, without much to our own awareness and understanding?

These few lines may turn into an endless labyrinth of a jigsaw puzzle. Interestingly, this happens with all of us, without exception.

Words.

Empty and yet filled with all possible emotions that we have, for they have vibrations. Vibrations have those power to heal and hurt. We are aware of it and sometimes we are not.

While we may be talking with the purest of intentions, sometimes, the mindset of the others is not ready, to listen and absorb what we say and what we mean, for there are so many things happenings in our lives, that we hardly share and express, that affect the state of listening and our presence into those moments.  The conversation in those moments de route.

And that becomes a blessing for further exploration for a person like us. Hurray!

Nuances of context and manner sharpen. Pruning and manicure of thoughts help.

Implied meaning and the subtle shades of connotations that layer the interactions bring inner fulfilment and peace when we relate to them with an understanding of acceptance and openness. Those moments, completely absorb us into the conversations, bringing happiness and joy immeasurable, with clear intentions. We all have absorbed ourselves into such joys that deepen us and transcend us into the states of euphoria. Haven’t we?

So, a pause for some time today.

A check on what I want to say and convey. An understanding of how one interprets and absorbs the message. If needed be, asking a ‘why?’ may help us in an indirect way. A self-reflection. A deep cleaning, for the receiving of the messages.

Followed by a silence, that lessens the noise in between.

And then, embracing the moments filled with openness, acceptance of what it is and how it is, with indebtedness.

Filling it with love and light, that brings smile and ease.

Holding these words, let’s walk today.

I am. Are you?
